Responsibility
  • Source, establish and close new business opportunities within an emerging property market with plenty of mortgage opportunity
  • Follow structured sales approach and strategies with existing
    sales team leader
  • Promptly follow up customer enquiries, identify client needs and
    match them to the suitable mortgage products
  • Ensure retention of existing customers and increase customer
    satisfaction levels
  • Obtain referrals from business partners
  • Prepare and submit loan paperwork
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years sales/ customer service experience
  • Highly motivated, thrive on meeting/ exceeding sales targets
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer services
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills, with solid organization & planning abilities
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work and succeed autonomously
