MORTGAGE BROKER
                            Responsibility
                                     - Source, establish and close new business opportunities within an emerging property market with plenty of mortgage opportunity
 - Follow structured sales approach and strategies with existing 
sales team leader - Promptly follow up customer enquiries, identify client needs and 
match them to the suitable mortgage products - Ensure retention of existing customers and increase customer 
satisfaction levels - Obtain referrals from business partners
 - Prepare and submit loan paperwork
 
Requirements
                                    - A minimum of 2 years sales/ customer service experience
 - Highly motivated, thrive on meeting/ exceeding sales targets
 - Well presented with excellent communication skills
 - A passion for delivering exceptional customer services
 - Strong influencing and negotiating skills, with solid organization & planning abilities
 - A positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work and succeed autonomously
